Johanna Fraser is the Executive Director of PANN. She is a 2nd year Nipissing University student majoring in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Social Welfare and Development. She recently travelled to Fiji where she volunteered repairing a primary school and teaching English to children, while staying with a family in a rural village; the experience solidified her dedication to the alleviation of poverty both locally and on a global scale. She is the Director of Fundraising for Lorna Children's Foundation Kenya and currently acts as the external relations representative in her role as Executive Director of PANN. She is also currently employed as a research assistant for the Nipissing University Peace Research Initiative.

Jennifer St. Hill is one of PANN's regular volunteers. She is a Nipissing Univerity English and Geography graduate, now attending the Schulich School of Education. Through her studies in cultural geography and experiences abroad as an international student, she has gained a significant concern for students not only in Canada but worldwide with regards to both their financial and personal well being. Her work with PANN covers a wide range of topics but focuses most specifically around research with regards to the student population at Nipissing University.

Emily Gillespie is another one of PANN's loyal volunteers. She is in her fourth year at Nipissing University, double-majoring in English and Gender Equality and Social Justice. She is very involved in the University community as a member of the Women's Center, WUSC, and of course PANN. Her interest in social justice led her to be involved in PANN and she believes that this program is greatly needed, as well as well over-due.
